Landlord and Homeowner Gas Safe Inspections and Certifcates

By law all landlords who rent out properties have to have all gas pipework and appliances checked and certified to make sure the installation meets gas safety regulations. Here at Forshaw and Sons we are Gas Safe registered (530357) and licensed to carry out gas safety inspections and issue landlords gas safety certificates (CP12) on all domestic gas installations.
